At Jewelry By Catherina, every piece is handcrafted with care and designed to be treasured for years to come. We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to love your purchase.

Our Promise

If you experience a manufacturing defect or quality issue with your jewelry, we will work with you to make it right through one of the following options:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.

Repair Policy

If your item requires repair due to a craftsmanship-related issue, we will gladly repair it.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending jewelry to us for repair.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.
  • Once received, repairs will be completed and returned as quickly as possible, typically within 2–4 weeks depending on the nature of the repair.

Replacement Policy

If a piece cannot be reasonably repaired, or if we determine a replacement is the best solution, we may replace the item with:

  • The same design, or
  • A substantially similar design of equal value if the original is no longer available.

Store Credit

In situations where repair or replacement is not practical, we may issue store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • May be applied toward any future purchase
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Eligibility

To be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the item.
  • Return the item if requested for inspection.

What Is Not Covered

Our policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs
  • Loss, theft, or disappearance of jewelry
  • Natural variations in gemstones, metals, pearls, leather, or other handcrafted materials
  • Tarnishing or finish changes resulting from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, pools, hot tubs, or environmental conditions

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and special-order pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return. However, we will gladly evaluate any craftsmanship concerns and provide repair, replacement, or store credit when appropriate.

Gift Purchases

Items received as gifts may qualify for store credit at our discretion if accompanied by proof of purchase.
